On this same level are 2 additional bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, high speed wireless, and complimentary local and long distance phone calls.

On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bath. Best of all is that the first floor also contains another kitchen, dining, living area, and outside deck. It is perfect for guests, kids, nannies to be in the house and yet have total separation and privacy if they, or you, wish.

But our most stunning features are not inside the home at all…our unobstructed views of the harbor and creek side inlets can be enjoyed from every seat in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Pass through the patio doors and watch the sailboats from the 30’ deck perfect for outdoor cocktails, or dining. The home comfortably accommodates 15 – 25 guests for cocktail parties.

As dusk settles over the harbor, relax and enjoy the sunset colors painting the boats anchored off shore. Our fully stocked gourmet kitchen is the perfect place to create a meal and entertain family and friends. Dozens of excellent restaurants are less than a half mile away.
